Building Stronger Communities Together

Juntos NW was founded on a simple belief: culturally relevant support transforms lives. Our mission began with addressing the systemic challenges faced by Latino/a/x, Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities, especially when navigating systems that fail to reflect their languages, traditions, and lived experiences. From the start, we have centered solutions that empower individuals and families to thrive. Through culturally specific training, recovery housing, and access to essential resources, Juntos NW has grown into a movement rooted in equity, resilience, and community voice. We listen closely to those we serve, designing programs that honor cultural identity and provide tools for lasting well-being. Today, we proudly stand as partners and advocates for stability, opportunity, and healing. Together, we are breaking barriers and building healthier, more vibrant communities where everyone can thrive.

Our Mission

Juntos NW expands access to behavioral health for Latino/a/x/e and Indigenous communities through outreach, education, and collective action, so our communities can live healthy, joyful, and thriving lives.

Our Vision

Our vision is rooted in the belief that when barriers are removed and equitable access to resources is ensured, Latino/a/x, Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities are empowered to thrive. By strengthening family connections, honoring lived experiences, and investing in people, we foster lasting, community-driven impact that supports well-being and opportunity for generations to come.

Our Values

We envision a future where Latino/a/x/e, Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities thrive through equitable access to resources. By honoring lived experiences, strengthening family connections, and investing in people, we cultivate lasting, community-driven well-being for generations to come.
